Condolences to Loretta Millard, and  family, on the passing of her husband, Leon.  Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Barbara Hobbs has moved to an assisted living facility in Tampa.  Her new address is: Summerville at Carrollwood, 13550 South Village Drive, Tampa  33618. Carol Tedder has recently taken on the wonderful role of Grandmother! Son, Todd, and his wife, Jen (LaPaloma), are the proud parents of Nicholas Todd!  CONGRATS! And, not that Roger & Ginny Zwieg weren't already Great, but soon, it will become official!  Their daughter and her husband, Ellen & Kevin Kleinschmidt (LaPaloma), are expecting their first grandchild!  Oh happy day! Bud & Evelyn Hickman celebrate 68 years of marriage in November! Bud would like to thank his wife "for putting up with him all these years!"☺ CONGRATS!

A chip off the old block!  CONGRATULATIONS! Kevin & Ellen Kleinschmidt are very happy to announce their impending Grandparenthood! First-born son, Andy, and his wife, Roseann, "are due" in the Spring.  Wonderful news!

Dianna Sweat is venturing out into the world of "Southern Living at Home"!Southern Living at Home was started in the 1990's when subscribers/readers of the "Southern Living" magazine started asking about some of the products shown in the magazine, so they decided to start the company for the main purpose of selling these products and at the same time providing at-home jobs for people who wanted the opportunity to work from home! Dianna started in 2006 when her youngest son was born and had some medical issues which involved constant attention, doctors appointments etc.... so she had to quit her full time job. She does home parties at your home OR for your convenience, you can host a home party at her house. John & Carol Fasick's new Miller home is located in Villa d' Este, at 3801 Milflores Drive. Their new home's side-entry garage is "the talk of the neighborhood." John & Carol moved from the Fort Lauderdale/Miami area.  They left the faster paced east coast to be closer to their family and to enjoy the wonderful quality of life our area provides.  They sold their home more quickly than they anticipated and were able to rent a La Paloma home while waiting for the completion of their Villa d'Este home. While keeping an eye on their new home's

construction, John & Carol met many of their neighbors-to-be. Those chance meetings led John to a few of the neighborhood men's poker nights.  I know you will find the Fasick's to be an out-going, friendly, active couple whom you will truly enjoy being around. If you have not met Carol & John, please welcome them to the community.
Mike & Debbie Solito have recently moved into their newly constructed Miller home within the Villa d'Este village, at 3819 Salida Del Sol Drive. The home's exterior features an inviting front porch; within the home, one is struck by the amazing golf course views this home's sighting provides. Debbie & Mike moved from the Philadelphia area, (so look out "Buc" fans, Mike is not afraid to cheer for his Eagles!)  Mike & Debbie are both active people; when not working, Mike likes to golf and Debbie . . .  is always on the go! When not at the gym, she is out and about familiarizing herself with her new surroundings. If you have not already met the Solito's, please make a point to say "hello." I am confident you'll be pleased you did! Welcome to the community Debbie & Mike!
