For Villa d' Este, we are excited to have two new families in the process of moving in, or by the time you read this, moved in.
Steve and Cheryl Wohl: 3824 Milflores Drive
Originally from Massachusetts, Steve and Cheryl are retiring to the area, for some warmth and to be closer to their kids, who are teachers in the Wesley Chapel area. Wonderful couple who are now closer to their kids. We are excited to have them in our new community to continue to have just down to earth, kind people to be neighbors with.

Coming from California, Larry and Mildred are making quite the adjustment but ready for the new stage in life. Here are two people that could not be any nicer and are just wonderful to talk with and having traveled the world with friends and family all over, they both have many neat stories and experiences to share. We feel very fortunate to have them with us as they will be active in helping set up activities for our new community and will bring and help establish that true sense of a neighborhood with friendliness and warmth.
Along with these two new families, we currently have three homes in different stages of construction and another three homes yet to even start! We are real pleased with the activity and welcomed response of this new community. We continue to get traffic and more recognition, and with the Parade of Homes coming in March, we expect the success and activity to continue. We want to thank our current residents for their support and the general interest. We continue to welcome you to come by anytime to see the activity as things change daily and continue to bring your friends and family as you have the unique opportunity to help choose your neighbors!
A big reason for excitement and interest in this community is the private pool, cabana, park and the added security of being gated. Yes, there is water in the pool and the gates are in, we are just waiting on a couple final permits and the furniture to be delivered to officially open things up.
