Chuck and Renee Gausche are relocating from Apollo Beach so they are already familiar with the area, just adjusting to a brand new community.  I have already seen them on their large lanai, so I know they are loving the never-ending, tranquil views of the golf course, lake and preserve that their home and large lanai overlook.  They both are active with the extended family they have in the area, their church and both keep busy working as well.  Just a wonderful couple that we will all appreciate having as part of our community and will certainly see them in and about our neighborhood.  Welcome, Chuck, Renee and your family! Good News from The Villages at Cypress Creek…. The development of the next phase of La Paloma is COMPLETE!  A sincere thank you to everyone as this was not a small undertaking and we all had to deal with many, many, many trucks and certainly a lot of dirt, dust and other things blowing around.  But, the work is done and in the long run, all of these new houses and neighbors will ensure all of our current values to stay intact and a community overall to prosper and continue to grow.
