Nieghborhood/Volunteer Activities
All residents enjoy an Annual Community Garage Sale. There are volunteer opportunities available to residents in the community.
All residents are welcome and encouraged to volunteer by serving on one of the Association's committees. The Association currently has three committees available for membership: the Design Review Committee, Landscape Committee, and Enforcement Committee. Each committee plays an important role within the community and has its own unique responsibilities and areas of focus. Each committee is made up of five (5) volunteer members. Committee members typically serve two-year terms and are generally appointed by the Board of Directors during the Association's Annual Meeting. From time to time, committee positions may also become available throughout the year due to resignations or vacancies.
